Born and raised in Litchfield CT, Susan took a 30-year detour to the San Francisco Bay area before returning to her East Coast roots! Susan obtained her Series 7 in the early 1990’s and represented a Boston-based securities firm in San Francisco. She transitioned to equipment leasing and ran her own equipment leasing brokerage for over 20 years, serving small to large privately-held businesses. She enjoyed the ability to help her clients evaluate their yearly expansion and growth plans. Negotiation, budget considerations, investment potential and keen interest in long term relationships has positioned her as a trusted advisor whose ambition is to obtain the best possible result for a client’s short and long-term goals.
Real estate became a significant business interest in the early 2000’s when she began to invest and develop for herself. Susan is currently licensed in California and Massachusetts. Her extensive network in the Bay Area extends to Cape Cod and the East Coast.
